Absolutely not! I don’t believe in restrictive diets or banned food lists. My approach is all about balance and making sustainable changes that fit YOUR life. You’ll learn how to enjoy the foods you love while nourishing your body. No deprivation, no guilt, just practical strategies that work long-term.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients notice improvements in energy levels and digestion within the first 1-2 weeks. Physical changes like weight loss typically become visible within 3-4 weeks, depending on your goals and commitment level. The beauty of my approach is that we focus on sustainable habits, so the results you achieve are meant to last not disappear after a few weeks.
Are sessions conducted online or in-person?
All sessions are conducted virtually via video call (Zoom), which means you can join from anywhere whether you’re at home, at work, or traveling. This makes it easy to fit coaching into your busy schedule without worrying about commute time. You’ll get the same personalized attention and support as an in-person session, just with added convenience.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
No problem at all! I work with clients who have various dietary needs including food allergies, intolerances, religious restrictions, vegetarian/vegan preferences, and medical conditions requiring specific diets (diabetes, PCOS, celiac, etc.). Every meal plan and recommendation is customized to work within YOUR dietary requirements while still helping you achieve your goals. Your health and safety always come first.
