Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
For One-Time Consultations:
- You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of 50% of the consultation fee.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee.

For Monthly Packages (1-Month Plan):
- You may cancel your package within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet received any meal plans or attended any coaching sessions.
- After the 3-day window or after receiving services, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
- You may pause your package for up to 2 weeks with advance notice (available once per package).
For 3-Month Transformation Programs:
- You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not yet received meal plans or attended coaching sessions.
- After 7 days or after receiving services, no refunds will be issued.
- If you need to discontinue the program after starting, any unused months cannot be refunded, but you may transfer remaining sessions to another person (one-time transfer only, subject to approval).
2. REFUND POLICY
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Cancellations made within the applicable refund window (3 days for 1-Month, 7 days for 3-Month) before receiving any services.
- If NourishWith Jana is unable to provide the purchased service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Services already rendered (consultations attended, meal plans delivered, coaching sessions completed).
- Cancellations made after the refund window has passed.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice.
- Dissatisfaction with results (nutrition coaching requires commitment and results vary by individual).
Partial Refunds:
- In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, relocation, etc.), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Consultations and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or count as a completed session.
- We understand life happens! Please communicate with us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
4. REFUND PROCESS
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow 5-7 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. PACKAGE MODIFICATIONS
- If you need to upgrade your package (e.g., from 1-Month to 3-Month), the price difference will be calculated and you can pay the balance.
- Downgrading packages is not permitted once services have begun.
6. TECHNICAL ISSUES
- If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from attending a virtual session, please notify us immediately.
- We will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
- Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems, etc.) unless we are unable to provide an alternative solution.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
