About Me

Hi, I’m Jana Abdullah, a nutrition coach with a background in Exercise Science and Biomechanics and a lifelong athlete.
My passion for nutrition started through sports, where I learned how powerful the right fueling strategies can be for performance, recovery, and overall health.
As a professional basketball player who has competed at the national and international level, I experienced firsthand how nutrition impacts the way the body performs and feels. This experience led me to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and continue my education with a Master’s degree in Biomechanics at Ball State University, where I focus on human performance and injury prevention.
Through my coaching, my goal is to help people build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits that support their lifestyle, improve body composition, and enhance performance without extreme diets or restrictions.
Whether you are an athlete or simply someone looking to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, I’m here to guide you with science-based nutrition and real-world experience.
